Glenn Hettinger, AIA, AIAP [Assoc. of Independent Architectural Photographers], has been designing, building and photographing homes for 40 years. He has a passion for residential photography and has taken thousands of photographs of homes across the country. As a practicing residential architect and architectural photographer, Glenn recognizes the fine details that make a home distinctive (in a positive way) - and is wonderfully adept at capturing them with his lens. 

Glenn is the creator of the 'Distinctive Homes of America®' book series and a principle at GDH Architects, P.A. He has lived in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL for 30 years where he and his wife Jean raised their four sons. Glenn hopes that these pictures will be a blessing and an inspiration to readers - especially home owners, design professionals and craftsmen who design and build distinctive homes everywhere.

As soon as Glenn discovered the graphic design talents and knowledge of publishing that his graphic artist Diane Zwack had she became indispensable to his book projects. She is the glue that holds it together and made it possible for us to cross the finish line... one book after another.

We have developed a style that we like for the 'Distinctive Homes Of America' series, but her designs vary a lot on the private legacy books that we create. With each project she injects a new stunning originality.
